|
| |
|
May 7th |
Stoudts Revel Red |
|
This is a full-bodied ale, amber in color with a thick creamy head. It finishes on the dry side with a wonderful citrusy hop flavor.
|
| |
May 14th |
East End Honey Heather Ale |
| |
Brewed with honey and heather (duh!). Honey flavor is imparted to the brew with Grambrinus Honey Malt as well as local Pittsburgh Bees' honey added to the kettle, late in the boil. Heather tips are also added late in the boil as well as in the secondary fermenter. Lightly hopped, this is a nice brew with which to start of the summer. |
| |
May 21st |
Stoudts Karnival Kolsch |
| |
This straw colored ale is smooth like a lager due to colder fermentation. It is dry and crisp with a slight fruitiness, which compliments the mild hop bitterness and aroma. |
| |
| May 28th |
Victory Swing Session Saison |
| |
With its citrus swagger and spicy refreshment, Swing Session Saison offers you a jazzy jolt of joy. This Belgian-style ale is bracing but benign and enlivens any experience. This ale is hopped with German and American hops and spiced with peppercorns, orange peel and fresh lemon zest. |
| |
|
| April 30th |
Victory Headwater's Pale Ale |
| |
This firmly crisp and aromatically arousing pale ale integrates a softly supportive malt base that underlies streams of herbal hop complexity. Shifting impressions of lemon aroma and flavor intermingle with leafy, tea-like earthiness as the flowing appeal of American hops unfolds in Headwaters. |
