Keg Tapping Tuesdays

Every Tuesday a new keg of a seasonal craft brew will be tapped at 4 pm and will be served for the remainder of the day for $2.00 off its regular draft price.
March 3rd North Country Paleo IPA

The British added hops to oak barrels to help preserve beer for its long voyage to India.  This beer is brewed in the same English tradition. It’s a dry-hopped ale, which gives the beer a very aromatic quality.

March 10th Victory Headwaters IPA

This beer is firmly crisp and aromatically arousing. It has a soft malt base, with streams of herbal hop complexity. Shifting impressions of lemon aroma and flavor intermingle with leafy, tea-like earthiness.

March 17th Stone Go To IPA

This beer is beautifully aromatic with a substantial, but somewhat mellow, bitterness. The hop bursting enhances the flavor retention of the hops, and combined with the dry hop, creates a very intense and complex flavor. The aromatics are intense peach, citrus and melon. These flavors dominate in the best possible way.

March 24th Otter Creek Citra Mantra Lager

This seasonal spring beer is single-hopped with Citra hops. A clean fermenting lager yeast allows the subtle Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts to lay a crisp, bready foundation. The citrus and tropical fruit character of the Citra hop comes from kettle additions followed by another huge dose in the fermenter.

March 31st Wolaver's Organic Wildflower Wheat

Wildflower Wheat is a delicious, unfiltered wheat ale brewed with organic chamomile flowers and hint of pure, organic honey.
